A great class that rejuvenates your body with a combination of movements from Tai Chi, Pilates and Yoga

- Mondays and Wednesdays at 6:30 PM
- Free to members
- Guests: $12 day pass. $10 per day for two or more consecutive days. Day passes include full access to gym.
