Pilates Mat Class
Come and join us for a mind and body connection. Your certified Pilates instructor will lead you through a series of floor exercises on the mat, performed using the resistance of your body to develop the body’s power center or “powerhouse”. The carefully performed movements stretch and strengthen, working deeper muscles to produce a leaner look and improved posture.

- Guests: $12 day pass. $10 per day for two or more consecutive days. Day passes include full access to gym.
